Today, 04.11.2024, the Reporting and Election General Assembly of the Cluster Sofia Knowledge City took place. Although it is a business association created for the benefit of its members, the association is registered under the Law on non-profit legal entities and complies with the requirements of this law and its Articles of Association and Internal Rules. Representatives of 28 legal entities registered to participate in the meeting, which ensured a quorum for its holding. Dimitar Hristov - Chairman of the Management Board - was elected Chairman of the General Assembly, and Dimitar Kokalanov - cluster coordinator - was elected as minute-taker.
On 30.10.2024, an experts workshop on the topic Model for Center of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) will be held at the International Business School. The event is organized in connection with the joint participation of the Cluster Sofia Knowledgе City, the Joint Innovation Center of the Bulgarian Academy od Science and TUES at the Technical University - Sofia in the project InvesTech (Erasmus+ Program). The experience and especially of the European Training Foundation (ETF) show the important role of this type of centers for the development of vocational education and training in European countries.
А workshop of about 30 experts, teachers and students on the topic "Model of CoVE" was successfully concluded. It took place on 30.10.2024 in the "Mone" Hall of the Impresamente Hotel at the International Business School (IBS) in connection with the implementation of the InvestTech Project. The organizer of the meeting was Cluster Sofia Knowledge City with the support of Joint Innovation Center and Technological School of Electronic Systems at the Technical University - Sofia (TUES), partner organizations for the implementation of this project.

Green skills in VET through work based learning
This online event focuses on empowering green skills in vocational education and training.The conference is organized by our partner IDEC, Greece and is to present the main results of the GoGreen project and their relationship to GreenComp.The event is focused also on how the main results of GoGreen are to be integrated into apprenticeship processes. In the phe program of the event are included presentation the best pilot cases and guidance on next steps and resources needed to implement sustainable green practices.
