The First International Conference on Sofia Knowledge city will be held on September 28th, 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The conference will be hosted by Cluster Sofia Knowledge City and organised by Investor Media Group under the patronage of the Mayor of Sofia, Ms. Yordanka Fandakova.
The conference is free of charge and plan to position the name of the cluster and the goals for its creation among the public institutions and the business community in Sofia.
Bulgarian and international specialists in the field of digital transformation, smart & knowledge cities and knowledge-based urban planning are invited to participate in it.
На 07.06.2017 г. Клъстер София град на знанието проведе своето първо Общо събрание след учредяването му на 25.01.2017 г. като сдружение по ЗЮЛНЦ. Така Клъстерът навърши пет месеца свой организационен живот и неговите инициатори очакваха на това събрание да получат от страна на членовете потвърждение за визията, целите и заложената стратегия за развитие както и оценка за свършената до момента работа.
An initiative of two cluster members - HIRON - Management Consulting and GIS Transfer Center for internal workshop took place in 18.07.2017 at 11.00 am in cluster office of knowledge for members which wanted to receive information and consultations about the already open procedure BG16RFOP002 -1.00 Development of Product and Production Innovations. This call is for providing financial support for enterprises of all categories which have three financial years (2014, 2015 and 2016) finished. The support is for developing and implementing product innovation in the areas of the Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization (ISIS) in Bulgaria. Most of the cluster members work in these areas.
Lecturers were Prof. G. Raichevski and Dimitar Hristov. The main requirements for participation in the procedure and the most important factors of eligibility and success of the projects were discussed.
На 4 април 2017 г. в Столична Община се състоя среща на членове на УС на Клъстер „София град на знанието“ и кмета на София г-жа Йорданка Фандъкова. От страна на клъстера в срещата участваха г-н Веселин Тодоров – председател на УС, проф. д-р Богдан Угърчински – зам.-председател на УС и г-н Бальо Динев – член на УС. На срещата г-н В. Тодоров представи действията по регистрацията на клъстера и неговото прекатегоризиране, даващо му възможност за кандидатстване по европейската програма ОПИК. Той представи и членовете на клъстера и неговото управление, както и предстоящите действия до края на годината.
