CSKC took a part in a conference Racing to Net Zero

Five representatives from Cluster Sofia Knowledge City (CSKC) participated in an important conference on the collective fight against climate change. The representatives of the cluster are in fact representatives of the following its members - CEED Bulgaria, Knowledge, Innovation and Strategies Management Club (KISMC) and Anilika. Close to 150 participants, including experts, consulting specialists, entrepreneurs, project managers, researchers, executive directors, CEOs, coaches, and scholars, gathered last Thursday, June 15, at the London School of Economics for our final event, 'Racing to Net Zero'. The international conference brought together key players in the sustainability ecosystem to support our fight against climate change. 

Invitation to a conference in London - Racing to Net Zero

The Cluster Sofia Knowledge City invites you to the international conference "FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE - Racing to Net Zero", which will be held on June 15, 2023 at the London School of Economics

This conference is organized within the framework of the Collective Innovation to Fight Climate Change project, in which the cluster member Knowledge, Innovation and Strategies Management Club actively participates. In addition to the interesting guests and panelists during the conference, the participants will also learn about the achievements of this project. The event is focused on the role of business and innovation in the fight against climate change.

Workshop Sustainable innovation and culture of change

At the end of March this year, 27-31.03.2023, two members of the cluster - Knowledge, Innovation and Strategy Management Club (KISMC) and CEED Bulgaria organized a seminar on "Sustainable Innovation and Culture of Change".

The seminar was organized within the framework of the international project Collective Innovation to Fight Climate Change - ERASMUS+ Project.

Twenty-one entrepreneurs and business representatives from Bulgaria, Greece, Belgium, Spain and the United Kingdom took part in this seminar. 

Panels at the workshop were dedicated to turning climate change into business opportunities. 

Focus group in Sofia on digiskill retail

CSKC organized under the Project Digiskill-retail a focus group on 25th April with trainers, HR managers from retail companies, lecturers from the educational institutions and Vocational school teachers to discuss and validate the results from the case studies generated earlier as a base for the development of Digiskill-retail Competence matrix that is relevant to the needs of business and education and training in the retail sector with the main questions of discussion as follow: 

1) main gaps and deficits in the digital skills of employees and trainees, advantages in using the e-learning units in the classroom;

2) is the use of the e-learning units with the identified main topics useful for the development of digital skills;
