Between 13th and 15th of November a team of GO GREEN executed the second study visit, this time in Bilbao, hosted by the partner Politeknika Txorierri. It was a real success and we had the opportunity to visit the school and some of their partner companies in order to better understand how VET and work-based learning are organized in their region.
The main topic on focus was cultivating green skills of students and employees, and respectively the impact and contribution of the GO GREEN results and project as a whole.
On December 5, 2023, the Cluster Sofia Knowledge City held a seminar on talents and competencies in the media and creative industries.
At the end of the last century, creative industries became the strategic engine for growth, for creating new jobs and for strengthening the culture of societies in developed countries. The contribution of these industries to the GDP of most European countries is invariably between 2% and 5%, and their contribution to the creation of entrepreneurship in Europe is one of the most significant.

As a representative of the Sofia City of Knowledge Cluster and a member of the project team, I took part in the final transnational meeting of the project, which took place on November 16-17 in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
The event was hosted by the Dutch partner Inqubator Leeuwarden (INQ). The project is being developed towards the final phase of implementation to share and demonstration of results and ios sustaining and follow-up after its ending in January 2024. All partners were represented by the main project managers involved in XD Media Hub. During the meeting all main results were reviewed, action plans – revised and the goals – validated and confirmed.
